Donate Today Take Action for Affordable Medicine & Devices High drug prices and gaps in coverage for essential medical equipment prevent too many people from getting the treatment they need. Now there’s a bill before Congress that can help change that. The Lower Drug Costs Now Act (H.R.3) will help lower prescription drug costs by allowing the government to negotiate drug prices and cap patients’ spending on prescription drugs. It will also provide Medicare coverage for medically necessary supplies to treat lymphedema, a painful and disabling condition that results from breast cancer treatment. The House has already passed The Lower Drug Costs Now Act. Now it’s the Senate’s turn.
